Ahmyah S. Smith, MBA
Ahmyah helps business owners turn operational challenges into clear priorities and practical action, so they can build stronger businesses and reclaim their time. With more than 15 years of experience spanning corporate banking, nonprofit leadership, workforce development, and business operations, Ahmyah brings both strategic perspective and hands-on experience. Her background includes business banking at JPMorgan Chase, executive leadership at Public Allies Cincinnati, and serving as co-owner and CFO of an HVAC and plumbing business, where she implemented financial tools, operating systems, and performance measures to support growth. Through EJC Valuation Partners, she helps owner-led businesses strengthen financial visibility, improve operations, build team capacity, and prepare for growth or succession. Her approach, Diagnose. Improve. Grow. Build Legacy., combines thoughtful assessment with actionable solutions and connections to relevant resources.
In her free time, Ahmyah is a lifelong learner currently working on obtaining her real estate appraiser license and an avid traveler, exploring different cultures across the world. When she is not in the friendly skies, you can find her spending time with family and friends.
